Empowia for Slack is free to download and try. The free version is fully featured — it’s limited only in how many conversations it backs up — so you can see exactly how it works on your own data before paying anything.
No general money-back guarantee
Because the free version is the trial, the paid unlock does not come with a general money-back guarantee. The unlock is a one-time, offline code that can’t be revoked once it’s delivered, so we can’t offer a “buy, use, then refund” window.
Please try the free version first and make sure Empowia is right for you before you purchase.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK and similar)
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK, or a similar jurisdiction, you would normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. Because we deliver your unlock code immediately by email, by completing your purchase you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once the code has been delivered, to the extent permitted by law.
We’ll always fix genuine problems
None of the above affects your statutory rights, and we want you to be treated fairly. Email support@empowia.com and we’ll make it right if:
- your unlock code won’t activate,
- you were charged more than once or charged in error, or
- you were charged but never received your code.
Include the email address you used at checkout, and we’ll re-send the code or refund a genuine error promptly.
