Refund policy
Empowia for Slack is free to try — the free version is the trial, so there’s no money-back guarantee on the one-time unlock (HANDOFF §13.4).
The download is free and includes every feature, capped at 20 conversations. You can back up your own data and decide if Empowia is right for you before paying anything.
Because the paid unlock is a one-time offline code that can’t be revoked once delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable.
That said, if something goes wrong — a code that won’t activate, a duplicate charge — email support@empowia.com and we’ll make it right.
